Abstract

PURPOSE: To simplify the control system and to ensure mulfunction-free performance of high speed feeding action and high pressure feeding action by providing a means to make operations by single switching valve.
CONSTITUTION: A pneumatically actuated free piston 3 and an operating, piston 3 for the object to be operated are provided in a cylinder 1, a liquid chamber 10 being formed between the said pistons, and a separating member 11 being provided to separate the said liquid chamber 10 into two chambers. A pneumatically actuated piston 4 has a passage forming member 286 which forms a constricted passage 29 for compressed air when an air supply hole 27 and a rod 18 are set at the pisitions to open a passage 16.
