CONSTITUTION:A reflection mark 2 is put on a ball 1 and is placed on a tee in such a way as to set the mark at an angle theta3 deg.. The start of the ball is detected when it cuts the laser 7 by a laser beam projector and receiver 5, 6. The light from a lamp 13 passes through an optical fiber bundle 9 through an IR filter 15 and an incident port 16.
