Abstract

PURPOSE:To reduce the capacity of an electric heater and contract the capacity of a cooling tower remarkably while holding highly accurate temperature controlling function, by a method wherein the waste heat of a refrigerating machine is utilized effectively, in the title device whose object is a clean room system. CONSTITUTION:A reheating coil 13 is branched and connected to the outlet side pipeline 8a of a cooling water introducing pipeline 8 for a water-cooled condensor 7b through a three-way control valve 14. The opening degree of the three-way control valve 14 is controlled by a feedback control based on the detecting value of a temperature sensor 15 arranged in the outlet side air flow passage of the reheating coil 13. Upon air conditioning, high-temperature water, whose temperature is raised by heat exchange between the water-cooled condensor 7b of a refrigerating machine 7, is supplied to the reheating coil 13 through the three-way control valve 14 to preheat airstream, which flows through a cooling coil 3, at the fore stage of a preheater 4. Further, the amount of reheating heat, given to air passing through the reheating coil 13, is controlled by feedback control, in which an air temperature at the outlet side of the reheating coil is utilized as a detected value.
