Abstract
The invention relates to warm air producing devices and can be used to regulate the temperature of hot air, for example of flue gases, in dryers for drying, for example, vegetable raw material, agricultural waste in the preparation of solid fuel, namely fuel pellets and briquettes.The device for producing warm air for dryers comprises a hot air inlet pipe (1) and a warm air outlet pipe (2) with spark-quench meshes (14). On the inlet pipe (1) is fixed with the possibility of displacement and fixation therealong a disc (4), and in the pipe (1) is mounted an adjusting gate (6), provided with a handle. The gate (6) is connected by a mechanical transmission to an electric motor (7), connected to the output of an automatic control system (15), whose input is connected to a temperature sensor (13), installed in the outlet pipe (2), on which is fixed, with a gap (δ) to the disc (4), a casing (3) in the form of a truncated cone, which together form a chamber for mixing the hot air with the atmospheric air, sucked through said gap.
