Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób otrzymywania opakowania przeznaczonego do przechowywania nasion roślin oraz materiałów sypkich, który polega na tym, że ze zbiornika dozującego mieszankę powlekającą o składzie: 40 - 640 części wagowych rafinowanej parafiny z przeróbki ropy naftowej będącej mieszaniną stałych, wysokocząsteczkowych węglowodorów, przede wszystkim n-parafinowych; 40 - 640 części wagowych parafiny syntetycznej z syntezy Fischera-Tropscha; 14 - 68 części wagowych monostearynianu gliceryny; 14 - 58 części wagowych stearynianu sodu; 5 - 20 części wagowych glikolu oksyetylenowanego ośmioma cząsteczkami tlenku etylenu oraz 20 - 89 części wagowych oleju konopnego z nasion konopi Cannabis sativa pobiera się i nakłada na papier za pomocą walka nanoszącego, następnie wstęgę papieru z naniesioną mieszankę powlekającą przesuwa się po pręcie powlekającym, pełniącym funkcję pręta dozującego, który usuwa nadmiar mieszanki powlekającej z powierzchni wstęgi papieru oraz wyrównuje jej powierzchnię; tak powleczona wstęga papieru trafia do sekcji suszącej. Z tak otrzymanego papieru wytwarza się worki o wymaganych rozmiarach.The subject of the application is a method of obtaining packaging intended for storing plant seeds and bulk materials, which comprises dispensing from a tank a coating mixture having the following composition: 40 - 640 parts by weight of refined paraffin wax from crude oil processing, being a mixture of solid, high-molecular hydrocarbons, primarily n-paraffins; 40 - 640 parts by weight of synthetic paraffin wax from the Fischer-Tropsch synthesis; 14 - 68 parts by weight of glycerol monostearate; 14 - 58 parts by weight of sodium stearate; 5-20 parts by weight of glycol ethoxylated with eight molecules of ethylene oxide and 20-89 parts by weight of hemp oil from Cannabis sativa hemp seeds are taken and applied to paper using an application roller, then the paper web with the applied coating mixture is moved over the coating rod, acting as a metering rod, which removes excess coating mixture from the surface of the paper web and evens out its surface; the paper web thus coated goes to the drying section. Bags of the required dimensions are made from the paper thus obtained.
