Claims (8)
- 一種以式G1表示的有機金屬錯合物: 其中X表示式X1至X3中任一者: R1 至R4 分別表示經取代或未經取代的C1-6 烷基;且R5 至R13 分別表示氫、經取代或未經取代的C1-6 烷基及經取代或未經取代的苯基中任一者。
- 一種以式G2表示的有機金屬錯合物: 其中R1 至R4 分別表示經取代或未經取代的C1-6 烷基;R5 和R6 分別表示氫、經取代或未經取代的C1-6 烷基及經取代或未經取代的苯基中任一者;且R7 表示經取代或未經取代的C1-6 烷基及經取代或未 經取代的苯基中任一者。
- 一種以式G3表示的有機金屬錯合物: 其中R1 至R4 分別表示經取代或未經取代的C1-6 烷基;R8 和R10 分別表示氫、經取代或未經取代的C1-6 烷基及經取代或未經取代的苯基中任一者;且R9 表示經取代或未經取代的C1-6 烷基及經取代或未經取代的苯基中任一者。
- 一種以式G4表示的有機金屬錯合物: 其中R1 至R4 分別表示經取代或未經取代的C1-6 烷基;R11 表示氫、經取代或未經取代的C1-6 烷基及經取代或未經取代的苯基中任一者;R12 和R13 分別表示經取代或未經取代的C1-6 烷基及經取代或未經取代的苯基中任一者;且R12 和R13 中一者可為氫。
- 如申請專利範圍第1至4項中任一項的有機金屬錯合物,其中R1 和R2 分別為甲基。
