The reluctance motor comprises a pole armature, a stator consisting of two separate magnet cores as sectors with central angle of 90° and with four poles each and four-phase winding, each phase being made of two coils placed on the different magnet core poles. With the purpose to improve flatness of rotor speed frequency, the stator magnet cores are mounted with electrical bias from the diametrical position in relation to each other in half pole armature graduation. The coils of the first phase are located on the first and the third magnet core poles. The coils of the second phase are placed on the second and the fourth poles, the third phase are placed on the third and the first ones, the fourth phase – on the fourth and the second magnet core poles correspondingly.
