WILLIAM J. SHARP, OF YORK, PENNSYLVANIA.
DESIGN FOR A GAME-BOARD.
SPECIFICATION forming part of Design No. 35,083, dated September 10, 1901.
Application filed August 9, 1901. Serial'No. 71,635. Term of patent 7 years.
To @ZZ whom it may concern.-
Be it known that I, WILLIAM J. SHARP, a citizen of the United States, residing at 949 North George street, York, in the county of York and State of Pennsylvania, have invented and produced a new and original Design for a Garne-Board, of which the following is a specification, the construction being illustrated in the accompanying drawings.
My invention is a design for a game-board3 and it consists in the shape and configuration illustrated in the accompanying drawings, in Which- Figure lis a plan view of a game-board embodying the design, and Fig. 2 is a vertical section on the line 2 2 of Fig. l.
The reference-numeral l designates the board, Which is round and formed With a continuous vertical peripheral flange 2.
3 designates a straight centrally-disposed flange from the upper end of which diverge oppositely- curved flanges 4 and 5, joining the edge flange 2. Parallel to the central flange 3, on opposite sides thereof and at equal distances therefrom, are vertical flanges 6 and 7. From the points 8 these flanges are curved to form sernieiroles 9 and are Athen converged to form oppositelyinclined portions 10. The outer sides of the inclined portions l0 of the flanges 8 are joined to the peripheral flange 2 by oppositely-curved Vertical flanges ll and 12.
The leading features of the design are the central vertical flange and its diverging ends and the parallel vertical flanges having the peculiar shape and contour shown.
I claim- The design for a game-board herein shown and described.
