Description

FIG. 1 is a top perspective view of a first embodiment of a combined cosmetic stick and compact showing my new design, with the cosmetic stick shown separately to show aspects of the design that are not visible when combined;

FIG. 2 is a front view thereof, the rear view being a mirror image;

FIG. 3 is a right side view thereof, the left view being a mirror image;

FIG. 4 is a top view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a bottom view thereof; and

FIG. 6 is a bottom perspective view thereof;

FIG. 7 is a top perspective view of a second embodiment of a combined cosmetic stick and compact, the cosmetic stick shown separately to show aspects of the design that are not visible when combined;

FIG. 8 is a front view thereof, the rear view being a mirror image;

FIG. 9 is a right side view thereof, the left view being a mirror image;

FIG. 10 is a top view thereof;

FIG. 11 is a bottom view thereof; and

Additional views of the combination of FIG. 20 are omitted as such would be apparent to the skilled person, for example, the front view of FIG. 20 would be the same as that of FIG. 9, though rotated 90 degrees, the back view of FIG. 20 would be the same as that of FIG. 14, a right side view of FIG. 20 would combine FIG. 16 with FIG. 11, a left side view of FIG. 20 would combine FIG. 17 with FIG. 10, a top view would combine FIG. 18 with FIG. 8 (with a portion of FIG. 8 obscured as is apparent from FIG. 20), and a bottom view would combine FIG. 19 with FIG. 8 (again with a portion of FIG. 8 obscured as is apparent from FIG. 20).

The first shaped cosmetic stick may equally be coupled with the shaped cosmetic compact in manner similar to that shown in FIG. 20. Flipping the orientation of either shaped cosmetic stick such that the bottom of the shaped cosmetic stick is adjacent the left side, rather than the right side of the compact is considered within the scope of the invention.

The broken lines in the drawings represent portions of the article which form no part of the claimed design.
