A Christian school worker sacked after sharing posts about LGBT+ relationships teaching in school has won a Court of Appeal battle.

The terms in question are: Gender, transgender, pregnant person, pregnant people, LGBT, transsexual, non-binary, nonbinary, assigned male at birth, assigned female at birth, biologically male, biologically female.

But a handful of new RedNote users say they have already received reports that their posts have violated guidelines, including one who asked in a post if the app was "LGBT friendly".

Police said some victims were encouraged to come to a location under the pretence of meeting with a legitimate user on dating apps including Grindr, a dating app for the LGBT+ community.

They added: "We have let the LGBT+ community down and I want no part of it – there is no LGB without the T for me, it is that simple."
