LA judge chastises both sides, doubts plaintiff in suit against city, utility

LA judge leans toward granting summary judgment to city, LADWP in workplace harassment case, criticizes both sides' briefs, doubts plaintiff's claims, especially sexual harassment.

A judge said she was strongly inclined to grant summary judgment to the City of Los Angeles and the Department of Water and Power on Wednesday in a case alleging workplace harassment and retaliation, but chastised counsel on both sides for submitting overly lengthy and unclear briefings before taking the matter under submission.
