TV auctioneer Charles Hanson has been cleared of assaulting his wife and using controlling or coercive behaviour against her.

A TV auctioneer used violence against his wife over a 10-year period which began after he put her in a headlock during an argument, a court has heard.

“It’s very unusual to have an item plucked out of an auction and get an offer like that from the auctioneer,” Schneider said.

Errors helped an auctioneer identify the hardback as one of 500 copies from the book's first print run.

Its founder, Ken Goldin, is an auctioneer dubbed the “King of Collectibles,” who upended the brothers’ plan.
