Twenty-five little girls, the youngest five years old, signed up for a morning of dancing, yoga, and making friendship bracelets at the Hart Space studio on 29 July.

Necklaces, earrings, bracelets and domestic objects, including painted clay pots and sumptuous gold and silver banquet vessels, would be buried along with them.

They left with three Dacian spiral bracelets and the exhibit's central piece - the strikingly decorated Helmet of Cotofenesti, which was crafted almost 2,500 years ago.

Heidi Liddle, who was also supervising the class, had been sitting on the floor helping the children to make friendship bracelets.
