Timothy Gardner — who was fired over the 2022 incident — lodged his complaint in Los Angeles County Superior Court on Tuesday.

It’s unclear whether that incident is related to Tuesday’s announcement.

They were arrested in the Leicestershire Police force area in connection with the incident on Monday, the force said.
