Apple says it is working to fix its speech-to-text tool after some social media users found that when they spoke the word "racist" into their iPhones it typed it out as "Trump."

"It completes 15 lines at a time, and then you look over it and say, 'yes, that's what I would've typed'. It frees you up. You feel more fluent."

"I just typed it in on Google and it came up with all these online pharmacies," Kyle says.

Those were the stark words Kiena Dawes typed into her mobile phone before she took her own life in July 2022.

Spread across several dozen pages, with a pink cover page added by police in the early 1980s, the typed list contains 316 names - all but a handful men, most with addresses alongside.
