It is unclear when the latest DOJ charges were issued - but they were unsealed in a federal court in Manhattan on Wednesday.

Prosecutors unsealed an indictment in Nevada Federal Court this month charging Aurora with more than 20 counts related to the scheme, including charges of wire fraud, bank fraud, kidnapping and kidnapping resulting in death.

The 22-count indictment, unsealed Feb. 11, alleges that the Bandidos, a self-identified “outlaw” motorcycle organization, allegedly engaged in a conspiracy to commit racketeering activity and committed violent crimes, including murder, attempted murder and assault.

According to a federal criminal complaint unsealed Tuesday in Tampa, Fla., the defendants have been targeting athletes in the United States since October, executing well-planned burglaries of their homes while they competed in games.

Combs is accused of hiring escorts and having them cross state lines for sex in a federal indictment unsealed last year.
