At British singer-songwriter Ed Sheeran’s second sold-out concert at Helsinki's Malmi Airport, police fined two drone operators for violating the aviation ban on drones at the site.

Wednesday night's concert drew 60,000 fans on the heels of Sheeran's show Tuesday night, which drew 46,000.

Helsinki police published their own aerial mage of the concert - also taken by a drone device - as officials are not subject to the same rules as the general public.

Police posted their image on Twitter and thanked concert-goers for what it called two peaceful evenings.

Police chief Timo Viipuri told Yle that, "as this was the first time concerts were held at Malmi Airport, it was a new challenge for us."
