Nordea private customer web services back online

Following a three-day outage the bank's online services for private customers are again available.

Nordea Bank says that services for private customers came back online late Tuesday and there are no longer any known disruptions to personal customer services.

However, transactions in Nordea Corporate Netbank were still experiencing difficulties.

What was intended to be a single-day disruption of services during a system upgrade on Sunday spun out into a three-day outage.

Delayed Kela benefits were credited to Nordea customer accounts earlier on Tuesday, the bank announced on Wednesday morning.
