HJK Helsinki secured the 2022 Veikkausliiga title with a 1-0 away win against FC Haka on Sunday evening.
The win marks Klubi's third consecutive title, their 16th Veikkausliiga honour since the format was introduced in 1990, and their 32nd Finnish top-flight title overall — a new record.
HJK are by far Finland's most decorated men's league club, with the next most titles won by Haka and HPS, who are both on nine.
David Browne scored the only goal of the game after 12 minutes, capping a fitting end to a fine season for the Papua New Guinea winger.
Finland drawn with Denmark, Slovakia in Euro qualifying group
Separately, Finland's men's national team will play against Denmark, Slovenia, Kazakhstan, Northern Ireland and San Marino as they endeavour to qualify for the European Championship finals in 2024 following the draw on Sunday afternoon.
The Huuhkajat, or Eagle Owls, will kick off their campaign on 23 March next year with a game against Denmark at the Parken Stadium in Copenhagen. Finland last played in the stadium in their opening game of Euro 2020, an occasion which was marred by the collapse on the pitch of Denmark's Christian Eriksen.
The ten-game campaign will also see Finland face Kazakhstan, a team they beat both home and away during their unsuccessful attempt to quality for this year's World Cup finals in Qatar.
"This is a great opportunity for us as we have a battling chance to qualify for the second time in a row for the Euro finals tournament," Finnish FA chair Ari Lahti told Yle Sport shortly after the draw was made.
