Abstract

196,885. Baumann, W. April 29, 1922, [Convention date]. Void [Published under Sect. 91 of the Act]. Moulding confectionery. - Cakes, biscuits, sweets, table jellies and other confectionery are ornamented by attaching a printed or decorated, edible wafer paper. For cakes, the wafer paper is placed in a mould of a larger size than the cake which is then inserted, the intervening space being filled with icing or the like. The paper may be inserted in jelly-moulds or sweet-moulds, the liquid being poured in and allowed to set.
