The joint of the parent Specification is modified in that the outer tubular member 20 is provided at one end only with a packing gland 25 and at the other end is formed integral with or is connected rigidly to the tube 21. The tube 22 is formed with an enlarged end 31 which slidably engages the interior of the member 20.
