Abstract
PURPOSE:To increase the heat-resistance and efficiency by overlapping one surface of piezoelectric ceramic plate with silver baked electrode on another surface, forming conductive layer on the overlapped surfaces and bonding the said piezoelectric ceramic plate incorporatedly. CONSTITUTION:In piezoelectric elements 3, 3' consisting of piezoelectric ceramic plates 3a, 3a' with different areas and provided with silver baked electrodes 3b, 3'b, a conductive layer 4 is formed on opposite surface as the electrode 3'b of the plate 3'a, for example, with similar conductive paint as the electrodes 3b, 3'b through heating and drying, and the elements 3, 3' are bonded in one body via a layer 4. With this constitution, when a specified AC electric field is applied to terminals 6, 6' of the piezoelectric oscillator, the elements 3, 3' are polarized toward opposing direction as shown in arrows 5, 5', and the piezoelectric oscillator producing bending oscillation has heat resistance near Tc of the piezoelectric ceramic plate, it is less in oscillation loss and the piezoelectric oscillator having excellent efficiency can be achieved.
