When it comes to the country’s dysfunctional immigration system, Ladd went on, there’s plenty of blame and hypocrisy to go around.

Unfortunately, they are completely dysfunctional — and that dysfunction will likely result in a government shutdown.

It will create more problems than it solves, while doing little to improve our dysfunctional immigration system.

It is a combination that has resulted in a dysfunctional state.

Now, I'm about as dysfunctional and self-defeating as the average adult man who occasionally enjoys life's offerings.
