The Office of Policy Analysis helps advance the mission of the Department of the Interior through policy analysis, economic analysis, and cross-department program coordination.  These efforts help Departmental leadership advance policy priorities and provide technical assistance to bureaus and programs across the Department.  

Our work supports the successful implementation of the Department's authorities and statutory obligations. We provide information to support decisions made across a large and highly decentralized agency - all to serve the Department, the Nation's lands, waters, and resources.
